Carrie Jones Barber, Dawn Foods CEO, Spoke with British Baker Magazine at the 30th Anniversary celebration that took place in Evesham, UK this past August 30th. During the interview, Carrie mentioned that Dawn’s expansion into the UK was due to the customers we did business with back in 1989. Today, our UK business employs 200 team members working in a 24-hour plant that produces dry mixes, wet products and frozen finished and semi-finished sweet bakery items. Carrie also discussed Dawn’s strategy and growth plans in Europe as well as the importance of being a family owned business.
