Leadership at Dawn Foods, a bakery manufacturing and ingredients distribution company in Jackson that employs more than 3,500 people, reviewed staff engagement scores and surveys and saw gaps in how well they focused on their employees. As a result, they decided to become more intentional about developing a people-first strategy.
