Follow the manufacturer's directions on bag, adding cinnamon to taste. Using a #16 blue scoop, scoop batter into lined muffin pans, pipe 1 oz apple filling onto each cupcake. Bake at 350°F until the tops spring back lightly when touched. Let cool completely.
