Using a very small square cutter, cut prepared baklava into small squares. Reserve.
Line cupcake pan with paper liners. Mix cake according to manufacturer’s instructions. Into a conventional cupcake pan, place paper liners then use a #16 blue scoop to deposit 1.5oz batter into each cavity. Bake at 350F until cupcakes spring back lightly when touched. Let cool completely.
Using the same very small round cutter, cut the center out of each cupcake, about ½” deep. Fill the cavity with prepared baklava disc. Using a straight tip, pipe Dawn Exceptional® White Buttercreme Style Icing onto each cupcake. Garnish with honey and another small piece of prepared baklava.
