Mix the cake mix according to manufacturer’s instructions. Add violet, blue, and red food colorings to get a rich jewel toned purple color. Deposit 1.5 pounds prepared batter to a lined and greased half sheet tray. Bake until cake springs back lightly when touched. Let cake cool completely. Ice cake with white buttercreme and roll up. Decorate with white and yellow buttercream and fresh flowers.
