Caramel Apple Danish

What you'll need



Preapre Danish mix according to manufacturer’s instructions, using the Danish formula on the bag including lamination.  Retard overnight.  The next day, sheet to desired thickness and cut into 5" x 5" squares.

Line a sheet trays with parchment and place Danish on trays, fold each corner to the middle and fill with apple filling.  Proof for 20 minutes.  Bake at 350°F until golden brown and then glaze with honey pectin glaze while still hot from the oven.  Let cool.  Drizzle with fudge icing.
