Chocolate Cream Pie Cups

Working Method

Blend 12oz frozen sweet cherries in a food processor.  Fold with 3 pounds whipped velvetop.  Place in a large piping bag fitted with a large French star tip.  Using chocolate cups, pipe chocolate crème pie filling to fill the cups halfway.  Pipe in prepared cherry topping.  Sprinkle with chocolate curls and top with a fresh cherry.
