Chocolate Cream Pie Cups

Working Method

Chop 25% frozen sweet cherries in a food processor.  Fold into 100% whipped topping.  Place whipped topping mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large French star tip.  Place chocolate creme into a piping bag without a tip. Cut end of bag and pipe to fill the chocolate cups halfway.  Pipe in prepared cherry topping on top.  Sprinkle with chocolate curls and top with a fresh cherry.
