Working Method

Mix and bake cake mix according to the directions on the bag. Deposit 1 pound of mix into sprayed 8 inch cake pans, bake at 350F until cake springs back lightly when touched.  Allow cake layers to cool completely. Mix 1 oz of Bakery Essentials™ Natural & Artificial Orange Emulsion, 2 oz of Grand Marnier and 2 drops of Chefmaster® Sunset Orange Liquid Gel to 3 lbs of Dawn Exceptional® White Buttercreme Style Icing. Begin layering by spreading a layer of Orange Buttercreme Style Icing over a cake layer, making sure to keep it even. Continue layering until desired height. Place the final layer of Orange Buttercreme Style Icing on top, then smooth edges and top using a spatula. Ice with Classic Chocolate Fudge Icing. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
