Mix cake according to manufacturer’s instructions. Treat a conventional cupcake pan with pan spray then use a #16 blue scoop to deposit 1.5oz batter into each cavity. Bake at 350F until cupcakes spring back lightly when touched. Let cool completely and depan.
Poke a hole in the bottom of each cupcake and gently pipe with Celebration® White Holland Creme Filling. Dip each cupcake in warm Classic Chocolate Fudge Icing and release excess drip into bowl. Decorate with Dawn String Icing in small swirls down the middle of each cupcake.
