In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine 5 pounds R&H brownie mix, 10oz whole eggs, 5oz water. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds, scrape the bowl and mix for another 20 seconds.
Using a #40 purple scoop, scoop batter directly into a bowl of powdered sugar and gently toss the bowl to cover batter in sugar. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment and bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes or until cookies have cracked and are set around the edges.
