In a bowl fitted with a paddle attachment, mix together 1 pound granulated sugar, 0.50 oz icing fruit, and 1 oz cornstarch. Set aside. Remove desired amount of churros from freezer and place on a parchment lined pans. Bake at 425°F for 6 - 7 minutes. Remove when warm and roll in flavored sugar.
