Fruit Tart with Glaze

Working Method

Prepare vanilla cream according to manufacturer’s instructions.  Pipe prepared cream into tart shells.  Arrange fresh fruit on top.  Warm desired amount of glaze and brush or spray on top of tarts.  Let glaze set up completely before serving.
