Mix eggnog donut mix and water according to bag directions. Fry donuts and glaze while still warm. Mix together 5 pounds buttercream, 0.45oz ground cinnamon, 0.45oz ground nutmeg, and .75oz whiskey extract. Once donuts have cooled, top with 0.5 oz. Gingerbread Buttercreme in the center of the donut. Sprinkle with gingerbread sprinkles and cinnamon.
