Make Danish mix according to manufacturer’s directions, using the Danish formula on the bag including lamination. Retard overnight.
The next day, sheet to desired thickness and cut into 5x5 squares.
Line a sheet tray with parchment and place Danish on lined trays, cutting and folding into desired shapes. Fill with Dawn fillings, proof for 20 minutes. Bake at 350F until golden brown and then glaze with honey pectin glaze while still piping hot from the oven (no need to heat the glaze).
