Working Method

Prepare the sour cream donut mix according to manufacturer's instructions.  Fry and let cool completely.  Combine 100% white flat icing and 1.56% matcha powder.  Dip donuts into matcha flat icing and immediately sprinkle with macadamia nuts.  Drizzle with white flat icing.
