Mix together 1 oz lemon icing fruit to every pound of glaze. Reserve. Make up the donut mix according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding in 5% poppyseeds to the mix. Fry and glaze while still warm. Sprinkle with additional poppyseeds before glaze sets.
