Working Method

Make up the donut mix according to manufacturer’s instructions.  Allow dough to rest 1-2 hours at room temperature. Roll dough into log approximately 2 feet long and ¾ inch” wide, cut into 6 inch strips. Proof for until doubled.  Fry and let cool completely.  Drizzle with icings, top with bacon and donut sugar.
