Prepare creme cake base according to manufaturer's instructions. Add 2.5% coffee extract and 20% chocolate drops and mix to combine. Treat 9" loaf pans with pan spray, add batter to halfway up the sides of the pans and bake at 350°F until cake springs back lightly when touched.
