In stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix together 5 pounds crème cake base, 1 pound 12oz eggs, 1 pound oil, 8oz water, and 1 pound 8oz sour cream. Mix until well combined, scraping down the bowl often. Treat 8 inch cake pans with pan spray and deposit 1 pound 8oz batter into each pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until cake springs back lightly when touched.
