In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add 5 pounds cake mix, 1 pound softened butter and 1 pound dark brown sugar to mixing bowl. Mix for 30 seconds on low speed. Scrape bowl. Add 12oz water while mixing for 1 minute on low speed. Add white chocolate chips while mixing for another 30 seconds on low speed. Using a #30 black scoop, scoop 1.5oz cookies onto lined sheet trays. Bake at 350F until cookies are crisp around the edges. Let cool completely and depan.
