Working Method

Buttercreme Formula:

  • Rich Green- 6 parts Emerald Green: 2 parts Chocolate: 1 part Black
  • Pale Green- 3 parts Light Green: 1 part Chocolate
  • Blush Pink- 1 part Hot Pink: 1 part Chocolate: 2 parts White
  • Pale Blush Pink- 6 parts White: 1 part Light Pink
  • White
  • Baby Pink- 2 parts White: 1 part Light Pink
  • Magenta- 1 part Hot Pink: 1 part Chocolate
  • Chocolate

Cupcake Directions:

Line conventional size cupcake pans with paper liners.  Prepare the white cake mix according to manufacturer’s instructions then use a #16 blue scoop to deposit 1.5 oz. batter into each cavity. Bake at 350°F until cupcakes spring back lightly when touched.  Let cool completely.  Decorate cupcakes using floral tips to create delicate spring flowers.
