Working Method

Bake pie shell at 350F until golden brown.  Let cool completely.  Fill prepared shell with 2 pounds 4 oz strawberry filling.  Place velvatop in a piping bag fitted with a large star tip; pipe designs and swirls on top of pie, covering the top completely.  Place in cooler; serve cold.
