Mix together 2 pounds buttercreme, 0.10oz mint flavoring, 0.40oz rum flavoring, and neon green food coloring. Place in a piping bag fitted with a French star tip and reserve. Follow manufacturer’s directions on bag, shaping dough into Bismarks. Fry and let cool completely. Mix 1 pound flat icing and 1oz fruit bits. Fill with key lime filling, dip in prepared icing, let set completely and decorate with buttercreme.
